Abstract :
The dynamics and stability of reset control systems in a networked environment are studied considering the impact of network-induced delays. Lyapunov-like exponential stability and robust stability criteria for such systems are obtained. A quadratic stability condition, which is, from a practical point of view and thus more easily testable, is derived using the Kalman-Yakubovich-Popov (KYP) lemma. This result is demonstrated by examples to be applicable to the asymptotic tracking and disturbance rejection problems of such systems.
