Abstract :
The authors show how the usual piecewise definition of a raised cosine response can be redefined as a convolution. This redefinition yields equations for raised cosine responses of arbitary bandwidth. Large bandwidth raised cosine filters are useful for designing interference canceller modules for communication systems
