Abstract :
This paper investigates a subject of high practical importance and proposes representative frequency range definition for HVAC testing with PD measurement which can improve both, on-site and laboratory testing. It will also strengthen the clear connection between stresses in service and HVAC testing. Furthermore it creates the correspondence between on-line PD monitoring and off-line PD testing
