Abstract :
Buck/boost converters using nMOSFETS are proposed for high frequency switched mode voltage conversion. Based on inductive and diode-capacitive switching, these converters produce polarity-inverted, stepped up/down voltages. Bipolar outputs are also possible with simple modification. Experimental results are given to demonstrate their high efficiency
