Abstract :
I am pleased to learn that the Historical Electronics Museum, Baltimore is celebrating the 150th birth anniversary of Jagadis Chunder Bose. I thank the museum and Director Michael Aurele Simons for honouring of one of India´s greatest scientists. Scientists and their work belong to the entire humanity, but in choosing to remember him today, you are also reflecting one of the strongest threads in the multi-faceted ties between India and the United States--the cooperation in the realm of science and technology.
