Abstract :
Conditions for the measurement of magnetic properties of a magnetic core in which there is magnetic flux with a sinusoidal waveform are described. In carrying out the analysis, a mode analysis, in which the magnetization characteristic is approximated by a piecewise-linear curve, was adopted. Numerical analysis yielded circuit constants which satisfy the sinusodial flux condition. The stability of the supply voltage for suppressing fluctuations in the magnetic force is also demonstrated. The results of the analyses were confirmed by experiments.
