Mr. A. A. Keeves : This able address has been given without a single note and in beautiful English¿it is a marvellous performance. I cannot criticize Dr. Eisler´s address, but Currency Reform is a subject to which I have given much thought, and, summing it up as a layman, I think the problem is made complicated through the want of one thing. If the world, leaving the water out, were one big country,
