Abstract :
MR. GROOCOCK said that the Chairman, in his opening remarks, had prophesied that they were to listen to a very fine example of two men working together for the common good. He (Mr. Groocock) certainly thought that they had been listening to the results of some ideal team work, and that all present should undoubtedly receive some good information from the lecture they had heard. It was one of those lectures that one would have liked to have had an advance copy of about a week before, in order first of all to have known the line that would be taken, and secondly, to have been in a position to have put forward some constructive criticisms.
