Abstract :
MR. J. A. HANNAY (Member of Council), said that Mr. Youngash had given them something to think about which was a departure from those things they usually considered. During Mr. Youngash´s term of office as Section President he knew of no one who had been more whole-heartedly ready to help the Institution. Nothing had been too much trouble for him, and in accomplishing work for the Institution, he had been an outstanding example. The Secretaries could not have had a better President to work with.
