Abstract :
A multichannel pulser circuit, developed as an application specific integrated circuit (ASIC) in CMOS technology, is described. Each channel constitutes a programmable delay element of 1 ns time resolution. The chip is designed to drive linear or phased ultrasonic array transducers.
