Abstract :
Where does one start to describe a career, especially trying to remember back over the past 54 years---with probably a couple of careers along the way. Perhaps the easiest way is to compress everything from birth to graduation from high school in a quick summary---I made it through! Still being the tender age of 17, like most teenagers, I didn´t have a clue about what I wanted to do with life at that point. So, like many others, I took the easy way out and joined the United States Air Force. As it turned out, it was probably one of the better decisions of my young life.
