Abstract :
Waveguides for quasi-phasematched frequency doubling were fabricated using an applied electric field to produce periodic poling and ion-exchange to produce channel waveguides. A blue output power of 12 mW was achieved with 146 mW of infrared light in a 3.6 mm-long waveguide
