    Beginning January 1, 2014, IEEE rolled out a change in the IEEE GOLD EMC program. It is now called IEEE Young Professionals EMC and is defined as IEEE members who ??graduated with their first professional degree within the last 15 years.?? An opt-in option will be available under the membership area of the IEEE application for membership for interested members that do not meet the criteria.
