Abstract :
The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the spectral regrowth at the output of a power amplifier due to the nonlinearities of this component. An analytical expression of the power spectral density of the signal at the power amplifier output, corresponding to the general case of a multicarrier input signal, is derived. From this equation, we can easily find the close form of the power spectral density for monocarrier signals. Simulations are then carried out to confirm the results of the derived expressions.
