Abstract
The paper presents results of a laboratory study on the effect of temperature and moisture level of paper-oil insulation on the parameters of the Cole-Cole model. It also discusses how to determine the values of coefficient α and time constant τ (parameters of the Cole-Cole model) of the characteristics resulting from the experimental frequency spectroscopy method (FDS) of paper-oil insulation.
