Abstract :
A new circuit configuration is presented, which takes advantage of the normally unused counterpropagating output of a distributed amplifier. The feasibility is demonstrated by a matched filter circuit with dual gate FET´s for a 700 Mb/s NRZ signal. Modifications are proposed to extend this technique to a more general case of signal shaping
