Abstract :
A quasi-phase-matched LiNbO3 wavelength converter using a ZnO-doped substrate is reported. The normalised conversion efficiency of 450%/W is obtained. Owing to the converter´s high damage resistance, a difference frequency generation conversion efficiency of -1 dB is achieved at 80°C.
