Abstract :
This paper shows the importance of one´s ability to negotiate salaries and benefits packages once employed. Several responsibilities, such as a family or other personal commitments, as well as relocation considerations, are part and parcel of any job search, and will become increasingly significant at the negotiation stage. Through these negotiations, it is important to request written confirmation of any transactions made by both parties. However, the ability to convince employers that your skills will benefit them is just as important as having the skills in the first place
