The leaders discussed are Konosuke Matsushita, Kanjiro Okada, and Koruji Kobayashi. Quality, excessive division of labor, graceful growth, and effective manpower for a breakthrough are then discussed, showing that quality, innovation, and breakthrough each require different management approaches.
