Abstract :
This paper is one of a series presented on behalf of the Systems Operations Subcommittee with the intent of focusing industry attention on current problems faced by electric utilities in the operation of its bulk power systems. Four short note reports are presented with direct attention to problem areas being faced by utilities in regard to nonutility generation systems. Each report focuses on different aspects of the nonutility generation problem. The reports address generation and fuel, transmission, distribution, and energy management and control systems
