Abstract :
A multiwavelength photoreceiver with high responsivity and a flat passband was fabricated by using a passive alignment technique. A responsivity of ∼0.8 A/W, flatness <1 dB, and 1.25 Gbit/s×eight-channel simultaneous operation were achieved from the S to the L band.
