Abstract :
Market trends toward personal television sets can be seen with the increasing ownership of television sets and variety of personal likings. There is also a demand for car television receivers. Reception of television on a moving vehicle requires a receiving system capable of reproducing good pictures despite changes in speed and direction of the vehicle.
