Abstract
The quality of an FM stereo receiver is usually evaluated by its sensitivity. Among experts, the term sensitivity means usable sensitivity measured in a laboratory. But to users who do not have expert knowledge, it has the broader meaning of "it can receive clearly without noise." In practical use, however, even a receiver with a high sensitivity cannot always receive the desired broadcast clearly, and the listener is often annoyed by unpleasant noise.
