    For original paper see Wang et al. (IEEE Trans. Broadcast., vol.49, no.3, p.304-8, 2003 September). In this correspondence, the shortcomings of the proposed algorithms in the above paper are analysed in detail. It is shown by the analysis that the algorithms are practically problematic
