Abstract :
This special issue of the IEEE Transactions on Magnetics received a record number of 76 papers selected for publication due to the augmented scope of the 2012 Asia-Pacific Magnetic Recording Conference (APMRC). Many efforts from all involved, including the Editorial Office of IEEE Transactions on Magnetics, APMRC editors, reviewers, and authors, worked seamlessly and efficiently to realize a successful and timely publication of this special issue.
