Abstract :
New iterative procedures using FFT (fast Fourier transform) algorithms are proposed for harmonic studies of three-phase transformer banks with various connections under steady-state operating conditions. Three-phase transformer banks with different connections produce different harmonic distortions, which are analyzed and compared. Good convergence is achieved for each iterative procedure of the corresponding transformer connection, and the resulting current waveform and its spectrum are presented
