Abstract :
In this paper, a procedure is developed to compute a two-dimensional transfer function from measured input-output data. The procedure is based on a recently developed 2-D Hankel theory. The procedure first checks the rank of a 2-D Hankel matrix. If the matrix satisfies certain rank conditions, a transfer function, which matches the given set of impulse responses, can then be computed.
