Abstract
Currently there are approximately 58 commercial channel 6 facilities in the United States. Noncommercial FM stations must protect these facilities from interference by using only antennas. It is argued that this could be avoided by collocating the FM and TV facilities thus broadcasting from the same antenna. TV facilities could generate significant capital by allowing FM broadcasters, commercial and noncommercial, to multiplex onto their current antenna system
