            Abstract : 
An inexpensive CAMAC system, named a micro-CAMAC system, using a crate controller with an Intel 8080A micro-processor has been developed as an intelligent terminal for use in a gamma spectrometry system. The micro-CAMAC system plays the part of data transfer from various multi-channel analyzers to a central host computer for accurate and fast data processing. Hardware configuration and operating software of the micro-CAMAC system are described.
