Abstract
Relative controllability of certain types of perturbed nonlinear time varying systems with time-variable delay in control is considered. Sufficient conditions for global relative controllability of such systems are given. The results are obtained by using the measure of noncompactness of a set and the Darbo fixed-point theorem.
