Abstract :
This report relates to how to make up a synthetic test circuit that is designed to generate four-parameter transient recovery voltage during a breaking performance test of large capacity circuit breakers, The report also refers to how to determine constants of the elements that compose the test circuit, as well as its inherent characteristics.
