Abstract :
A new algorithm is proposed as a robust method to increase the performance of the dynamic channel allocation (DCA) in mobile satellite (e.g. S-UMTS) system networks. The performance evaluation shows that the proposed model outperforms conventional DCA schemes in terms of the traffic carried per channel and the call blocking probability
