Abstract
The expansion of UMTS increases the production of terminals, services, and the installation of the new mobile telephony base stations. The development of UMTS telephony indicates a great possibility of growth of power electronics. The power supply system described in this article is based on modularity, reliability and accessibility. These new systems also optimize the security of the electric power supply.
