  • Abstract
    Based on improved attenuated-total-reflection technique, the electrically induced complex refractive index change of electrooptic polymer film was measured by employing the data obtained from different guided wave resonance dip. Meanwhile, an accurate measurement of electrooptic coefficient in active polymer absorption region could also be achieved.
