  • Abstract
    Based on the theory of the partially observable Markov decision process, an opportunistic spectrum access scheme that minimises the completion time and maximises the throughput of secondary users is proposed. Numerical results are provided to show the performance improvement of the proposed scheme in cognitive networks.
