Abstract :
Microwave polarimeter systems typically consist of two orthogonally polarized receiving antennas. Formulas for extracting the unknown polarization antennas with known polarization states are presented. Numerical results are generated showing the size of the errors made by assuming perfect orthogonal polarizations (either circular or linear)
