Abstract :
The IEEE corporate structure includes several boards, one of which is the Technical Activities Board (TAB), that joins in deliberation and action with the 42 presidents of all of IEEE Societies and Councils, as well as the ten IEEE Division delegate directors, and several TAB committee chairs, including the IEEE vice president-Technical Activites and TAB Chair Roberto de Marca. Thus, assembled are 59 volunteers and nine supporting staff. TAB meets three times a year, along with IEEE\´s other "major" boards, including the IEEE Board of Directors.
