Abstract :
Presents a new tunable grounded resistor in which a single MOS transistor, operating in the triode region, is linearised via feedback of the drain/source potentials to the gate terminal. Preliminary simulation results show that a biquadratic section realised using the proposed resistor would exhibit less than 0.4% total harmonic distortion (THD) for input signals of 1 Vpp, increasing to 1% for 4 Vpp inputs.
