Abstract :
Describes 3.2 GHz operation of an all-optical synchronisation circuit. The lock-in range was about +or-30 MHz when the intensity ratio of input trigger light to output light was -2.8 dB. The smallest intensity ratio of the input trigger light to output light required for synchronisation was -16 dB.
