Abstract :
Offset voltage in the adapting part of an analogue LMS adaptive filter, caused by clock feedthrough, causes serious degradation of the convergence and error performance of the filter. A compensation scheme for the clock-induced offset is described. Simulation results at both algorithmic and circuit level are presented.
