Abstract
This work invokes elementary functional analytic concepts on feedback system input-output descriptions in the time domain to derive bounded-input, bounded-output (BIBO) and asymptotic stability criteria for multivariable systems featuring two distinct separable nonlinearities. The approach involves purely time domain system descriptions and is based on a linearized equivalent system representation. As a result the stability criteria are readily applicable in conjunction with linearization-based analysis and design methods in the time domain.
