Abstract :
In this note, we use matrix fraction description approach to give a necessary and sufficient condition for the stabilizability of dynamically interconnected systems by decentralized control. We utilize the condition to give some simple proofs for the previous results. New sufficient conditions for the stabilizability are also given, where the stability of the interaction systems may not be required.
