Abstract :
The functions and capabilities of the Indian National Remote Sensing Agency are summarized. The principal goals of the Indian National Remote Sensing Agency are: the development and implementation of the indigenous remote sensing satellite program; continuous buildup and improvement of the facilities for generation of products from various sensor data; and development and utilization of new applications techniques for resource monitoring to facilitate technology transfer to the many user agencies.<>
