Abstract :
This note is concerned with the stabilization of uncertain systems via output feedback. The principal result demonstrates that if an uncertain system can be stabilized via linear static state feedback, then one can stabilize uncertain systems via observer-based feedback which are "arbitrarily close" to the original system. Most importantly, these results are achieved under relatively weak assumptions.
