Abstract :
Broadband SAW filters are simulated considering the two-dimensionality of both charge distribution and wave diffraction with a minimum of CPU time. The results show that a structure for end-effect suppressing distorts the transfer function. The typical degradation level of the stopband of SAW filters on LiNbO3 with a high relative bandwidth is found to be -50 to -40 dB
