Comments on "On the type of linear multivariable systems"

The internal model principle is interpreted for unity feedback systems and then used to compare the results of the research of system type. It is shown that the internal model principle provides more insight into the problem and can be used to address a number of issues which cannot be clarified by the study of the system type. We believe that the study of system types can be covered by the internal model principle as a special case.
