Draft 16 of a working document for a proposed standard to be entitled: IEEE standard definitions of terms associated with ferroelectric and related materials

Prior to acceptance of a standard by IEEE, it is important that the document be widely reviewed by experts in the field. This draft version of the standard is being published here to solicit that input.
