Abstract :
In this brief, we consider the problem of binary input binary output stability of three-dimensional linear shift-invariant filters, in the presence of nonessential singularities of the second kind. We derive necessary and sufficient conditions for l1 and l2 stabilities of a function G=P/Qn, where P and Q are polynomials in the complex variable z.
