Abstract :
Magnetic field and temperature dependence of the critical current density and voltage-current characteristics of Bi-2223 tapes in the magnetic field parallel to the c-axis are studied. The power-law dependence of the critical current density on the magnetic field at low fields suggests the brickwall model, and the magnetic field dependence of the macroscopic pinning force density shows clear scaling behavior at high temperatures. Furthermore, we performed the critical scaling analysis for voltage-current characteristics based on the vortex-glass-liquid transition theory.<>
