Abstract :
We report a theoretical study of nonlinear electromagnetic phenomena for HTSC stripline resonators. We have considered a thermal nonlinearity resulting from heating of HTSC by electromagnetic field. It was shown that a microwave input power excess of some threshold level leads to formation of a normal-state domain. We have obtained that emergence and disappearance of the domain have a hysteresis character with respect to the input power which provides a hysteresis for the transmission coefficient and frequency response.<>
